Marissa Garrett founded Peach Cobbler Perfection, LLC in Seattle, WA in March 2021 as a pandemic passion.   She had received a huge order from a family friend for her delicious Cobbler.  It was at that moment she realized this Cobbler was making a name for itself that should be shared with more people.

 

Prior to local baking fame Marissa was already locally known as being a talented songbird in churches and at many events.  She was born and raised in Seattle WA, though her grandparents on both sides of her family are from down south.  In the early 2000s, Marissa asked her late mother's younger sister to teach her how to make the famous family Peach Cobbler. Little did she know that after her lesson, this dish would now become her responsibility to make and pass on to future generations.  Made with lots of love and generational expertise, almost 20 years later, Marissa is still baking for her family but she has opened Peach Cobbler Perfection to share with her community! 

 

Marissa currently has a wonderful partnership with the Jacksons' Catfish Corner restaurant and is in talks with other local restaurants in the city. They currently sell Peach Cobbler Perfection servings that sell out everyday! Marissa will accommodate personal orders with adequate advanced notice. She consistently receives rave reviews from local dessert foodies, professional athletes, and regular people who love peach cobbler.
